Payment of Bonus Act - Taking Filing of Returns Offline

The latest of labour law notifications has to do with the Payment of Bonus Rules. In accordance with this notification, modifications have now been made to the filing of returns. While an online provision has always been available, the latest amendment only accounts for physical returns that are to be filed by 1^st February of every year. The Form D that was introduced has now been taken offline and must be filed in physical copy.
